LanSend Portable is an invaluable tool for system administrators for sending out instant messages to network users. LanSend Portable has a simple, logical GUI and enables you to send a message to multiple users on your LAN with just a few mouse clicks. LanSend Portable allows you to compose messages quickly using a variety of different templates. The creation of new templates for mass-messaging users is supported. What permission should I have to send a message to another user’s session?
To send a message to another user’s session, you need to have the Message permission. For more information, see Remote Desktop Services Permissions. To modify permissions on a session, use the Remote Desktop Services Configuration administrative tool.
