Portable My Windows Services Panel 126.96.36.199 (Repost)
My Windows Services Panel is a tool designed for advanced users who want to save time with finding and closing Windows services that are clogging up their system resources.
Simple setup and user-friendly interface
The setup is quick, uneventful and does not require any special attention from your part, expect for specifying the location where the app should be installed on your computer. Upon launch, you are welcomed by an intuitive small window that displays a list of the services that are currently running.
In case you want to analyze a more thorough list of the services running, then you can access the dedicated icon from the bottom right corner of the application. While the splash screen includes the running processes solely, the advanced window features the services that are running in the background or that are stopped as well.
Enables you to start, open and manage Windows services
It is worth mentioning that the program lets you start and stop services with just one click. However, you should remember to hit the Done button and save the modifications you made via the configuration window.
On a side note, the app provides you with details about the services’ startup behaviors. Consequentially, you can determine whether you can fix an error by enabling a service or perhaps, close some of them to speed up the PC boot. Unfortunately, you cannot do this from inside the application.
The idea behind the application is to provide you with a filtered list of the available Windows services so that you do not waste time searching for a specific one that you need to open or close in order to run an application. Thanks to the utility, you can easily locate and close services that you are using quite often, such as IIS, MSMQ, MS SQL Server or MySQL, for example.
A utility designed to help you manage Windows services more efficiently
All in all, My Windows Services Panel is a nifty program that allows you to view all of the Windows services installed on your computer and seamlessly find the one that you want to start or close.
